Your Right to Cancel an Order

You may only return Goods in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and our Returns Policy.

Our Returns Policy is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. Please review the Returns Policy to fully understand your right to cancel your Order.

To be eligible for cancellation, the Goods must be returned in the same condition as you received them. Requests for returns or refunds must be made within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving your order. All product instructions, documentation, and original packaging must be included with the return. Goods that are damaged, not in the same condition as when you received them, or have been worn beyond simply opening the packaging will not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure you handle the Goods carefully while they are in your possession.

We will process your refund within 14 days from the date we receive the returned Goods. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original order, and you will not incur any fees for this refund.

Please note, you do not have the right to cancel an Order for the following types of Goods:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Goods that, by their nature, cannot be returned, deteriorate quickly, or have expired.
  • Goods that are not suitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken after delivery.
  • Goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items.
  • Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if the performance has already begun with your prior express consent, and you have acknowledged your loss of the cancellation right.
